Updated: May 15, 2012 11:48AM

The following incidents were listed in the official reports of the Lincolnwood Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest by police does not constitute a finding of guilt; only a court of law can make that determination.

IMPERSONATION

Andrew F. Henning-Worley, 22, of 701 N. Carico St., Tuscola, Ill., was charged with felony impersonation of a firefighter after his arrest at 10:12 p.m. May 6. Police observed a vehicle on the 6700 block of Avers Avenue changing lanes without signalling. When stopped, he said he was a Rockford firefighter visiting a friend, although he did not have proper identification as a firefighter. On further questioning, he said he was in the New Milford fire department. Inside the car, he had a blue emergency light, handcuffs and a two-way radio. When called, the New Milford fire chief said he never heard of Henning-Worley. At that point, Henning-Worley said he was not a firefighter but wanted to be one and carried equipment to respond to emergencies hoping to demonstrate his ability.

ASSAULT

Louis F. Regules, 28, of 1914 W. Morse Ave., Chicago, was arrested in front of a building on the 3500 block of Devon Avenue at 7:27 p.m. May 1 and charged with assault. Police called to the scene said Regules seemed very intoxicated and when they asked him to leave, he verbally threatened the officers with violence and then raised and clenched his fists as if preparing to fight. Regules also was charged with drunk and disorderly conduct.

DRUGS

Ripon Ahmed, 35, of 8345 Trumbull Ave., Skokie, was arrested on the 6400 block of Christiana Avenue and charged with possession of cannabis. Police said they saw an occupied vehicle parked in front of CD One Cleaners at 2:34 p.m. April 29, despite the cleaners being closed and discovered a substance later tested as marijuana during a search.

DUI

Daniel M. Feraru, 43, of 3715 W. Giddings St., Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use and driving without headlights following his arrest at 2:25 a.m. May 6 on the 4500 block of Touhy Avenue. Police said they pulled the vehicle over after they saw it cross the center line repeatedly.
