Silberman’s soup to stay in Cook-Off
Lincolnwood resident Eric Silberman, has received top votes for his “Mod Matzo Ball Soup” recipe in the sixth Annual Manischewitz Cook-Off taking place on March 28 in New York City.
He is now officially the fifth finalist set to compete live in front of Claire Robinson, well known for her shows on the Food Network, and other judges made up of food writers from newspapers and magazines, as well as other top-tier media.
If Chef Silberman wins, his prize will be valued at $25,000 and includes new Maytag appliances.
