Children's hospital risk manager sells Lincolnwood home

LINCOLNWOOD — Genevieve A. Poladian sold a home Aug. 14 at 6542 Le Mai Ave. in Lincolnwood to Fahad A. Balagam. The 54-year-old, six-bedroom, 4.5-bath, 3,958-square-foot home sold for $470,000.
Genevieve Poladian is a risk manager at La Rabida Children's Hospital. She studied at John Marshall Law School.
