The following incidents were listed in the official reports of the Lincolnwood Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest by police does not constitute a finding of guilt; only a court of law can make that determination.
THEFT
Adriana Ramirez, 25, of 7241 Ridge Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 4:35 p.m. Feb. 7 at the Lincolnwood Town Center Kohl’s and charged with theft. A store security agent told police Ramirez tried to leave the store without paying for about $200 in jewelry.
James F. Nedley, 43, of 3216 N. Cicero Avel, Chicago, and Kerrine Jl. Lahm, 40, of 2700 S. Rosendo Garcia Square, Albuquerque, N.M., were arrestedat the CVS store at 3950 Devon Ave., at 2:16 p.m. Feb. 8 and charged with theft. Both of them tried to leave the store without paying for six bottles of wine, worth $128, that stores employees said were tucked inside Nedley’s coat.
