Purdue Glee Club performs in Northfield

The Purdue Varsity Glee Club of Purdue University in Indiana performs at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8, at the Christian Heritage Auditorium, 315 Waukegan Road, Northfield. “The Glee Club’s broad repertoire allows us to ‘custom-fit’ performances for a variety of audiences,” said Josh Getto, a senior in the Glee Club and 2007 graduate of Highland Park High School.
For more than 115 years, the all-male, Purdue Varsity Glee Club has represented the University around the world. “Audiences can expect to hear anything from classical to contemporary, gospel to show tunes,” said Robert Lechner, a junior in the Glee Club and 2009 graduate of Northridge Preparatory School.
